What the stars measure
A venue’s overall score blends the things that actually matter on a visit: the lineup, the service and attitude, value for money, and the cleanliness and comfort of the place. A high score means we’d go back; a low one means spend your baht elsewhere.
Where the score comes from
Ratings are based on first-hand visits, backed up by what readers report in the comments. Nobody pays us for a score — not the venues, not their agents. That independence is the whole point.
Verified vs community coverage
Pages marked TGB Verified are first-hand. Newer or fast-changing venues may start as community coverage — aggregated from reader and forum reports and clearly labelled as such until we’ve been in person.
Prices change — tell us
Thailand nightlife pricing moves constantly. We treat every price as a 2026 estimate to confirm on arrival, and we update pages when readers flag a change. If something’s out of date, let us know.
