What the stars measure
A venue’s overall score blends the things that actually matter on a visit: the lineup, the service and attitude, value for money, and the cleanliness and comfort of the place. A high score means we’d go back; a low one means spend your baht elsewhere.
Where the score comes from
Ratings are based on first-hand visits, backed up by what readers report in the comments. Nobody pays us for a score — not the venues, not their agents. That independence is the whole point.
Prices change — tell us
Thailand nightlife pricing moves constantly. We treat every price as a 2026 estimate to confirm on arrival, and we update pages when readers flag a change. If something’s out of date, let us know.
What we actually check
A score blends the things that decide whether a night was worth it: the lineup and whether the girls match what the shop advertises, the service and attitude, value for the baht, and how clean and discreet the place is. For massage shops we also weigh whether the “extras” match what’s promised at the door. A high score means we’d go back and spend our own money again; a low one means keep your baht in your pocket.
