Qian Qian Spa Bangkok Review: 2-Girl Nuru in Nana 4 (2026)

Qian Qian Spa reception sign, Nana 4 Bangkok

Qian Qian Spa (千千) is one of the newer nuru shops in the Nana 4 alley, just off Sukhumvit Soi 4 — opened in January 2026 and clearly reaching for the luxury end of the street. I turned up on time for a two-girl booking and walked into an empty shop: no one at reception, nobody around. I flagged down the cleaner, who took a good ten or fifteen minutes to produce anyone. Not the smoothest start.

The quick version

  • Area: Nana 4 alley, off Sukhumvit Soi 4, Khlong Toei — near Nana BTS and Nana Plaza.
  • Type: Japanese-style nuru / body-slide, full-service; two-girl sessions available.
  • The layout: a bar and pool table downstairs, then four or five floors of rooms above, with the VIP at the top.
  • Price: quoted when you book.
  • Hours: around 15:00–05:00, daily.
  • Opened: January 2026 — still finding its feet.

The Rooms & The Shop

The shop itself is the good news. It’s nice — not genuinely luxury, but trying hard to look it. Downstairs there’s a proper bar and a pool table, which is a nice touch, and then four or five floors of rooms above, with the VIP at the top. The VIP room was average but clean — no complaints there.

The rooms are the real deal — it’s the listing photos of the girls that aren’t.

Two odd misses, though: no sinks in the bathroom, which is just strange, and pretty much no mirrors anywhere in the room either. For a shop chasing a premium feel, both are weird gaps.

The Girls

Here’s where it turns. Two women came out — Minnie and Soda, though at first I wasn’t even sure they were mine — and they looked nothing like the listing photos. Nothing. Stand them next to the pictures and the photos look AI-generated to me, or at the very least so heavily edited they’re a different person: Minnie’s listing shot is so airbrushed it’s effectively a different face, and Soda turned up visibly older than her glamour shot suggests. Those photos are about as accurate as a snap of me passing for peak Brad Pitt.

That’s not a knock on the women — they’re real, and the fakery is the shop’s, not theirs. And once we actually got going, the service was good.

The Service

I’ll be straight: the photo bait-and-switch had me deflated, so I kept it to one round. But they earned back some goodwill. A double blowjob from both to start — decent — then the two of them working through a run of positions, with a condom change in the middle, before I finished with Soda. No complaints about the effort or the skill.

Final Thoughts on Qian Qian Spa

Qian Qian is a frustrating one, because the shop itself is genuinely good: a bar, a pool table, clean rooms, and two women who could actually deliver. What sinks it is the dishonesty. Post listing photos that look nothing like the women who turn up, add a slow, empty-shop welcome on top, and you’ve lost the customer before he’s undressed — and it soured what was otherwise a fine session. Put the real girls on the listing, sort out the front-of-house, and this could be a genuinely good shop. Until then, book with your expectations set to “nothing like the pictures.”

The rating

TGB Verified Expert Rating: 2.5 / 5. Good shop, good service — undone by a slow welcome and listing photos that look nothing like the women who show up.

Whether it’s for you is your call — just don’t trust the photos.
