What it is
The grid runs like this. On the GM tier: 40 minutes in a standard room is ฿2,000, 60 minutes in the exclusive room is ฿4,000, and 90 minutes exclusive is ฿5,000. On the Star tier the same three slots are ฿3,000, ฿5,000 and ฿6,000. Note what that grid does not offer: there is no 60-minute standard-room option, so moving from 40 to 60 minutes forces you into the exclusive room at the same time. That’s where the price doubles.
Rooms are finished properly rather than cheaply — a small bathtub rather than a full jacuzzi, but clean and not thrown together.
The read
Soi 31 is a step removed from the Soi 22–33 crush and Glamor prices accordingly at the bottom of its range: ฿2,000 is a genuinely low entry for a full-service nuru in this part of Sukhumvit. What you should go in knowing is that the entry price buys forty minutes and the basic room, and the jump to an hour is a ฿2,000 jump, not a few hundred. Decide which slot you actually want before you’re standing at reception.
Taken on its own terms it is a fair-value shop with a price list you can hold them to, which is more than most of this stretch offers. If forty minutes suits you, the ฿2,000 GM slot is one of the better-value bookings above Asok.
