Across both, the price steps by therapist tier — Standard, Model, Top Star, and a fourth “Secret” tier that only appears on the 90-minute line. Sixty minutes runs ฿4,000 / ฿4,500 / ฿5,000; ninety minutes runs ฿5,000 / ฿5,500 / ฿6,000, with Secret at ฿6,500. The room doesn’t change between tiers: the private jacuzzi suite is bundled into all of them, which is where the pricing is really coming from.
That’s a different model to most of Soi 22, where the cheap tier means a cheap room. Here the floor is the suite and the variable is the girl.

Luxe is priced at the top of the soi and it is a long way from the cheapest hour on Sukhumvit — ฿4,000 for sixty minutes is roughly double what a standard Soi 22 room asks. The suite-in-every-tier policy is a real point of difference and the two-round 90-minute at ฿5,000–6,500 is where the maths starts to work; the 60-minute entry is the weak buy.
The thing that gives us pause isn’t the shop, it’s the evidence. Luxe carries a 4.8 rating off roughly sixteen reviews. At that volume a rating says almost nothing, and for a ฿4,000-plus ticket we’d want to see a lot more of it before telling anyone this is where their money should go. Meanwhile the name is already pulling real search traffic, which usually means a shop is spending on visibility faster than it’s accumulating punters.
